PeopleStrong Launches GCC's First AI Talent Infrastructure Platform to Power Emiratisation and Saudisation

PeopleStrong has launched FutureOfTalent.ai, described as the first AI-powered talent infrastructure platform built specifically for the GCC, designed to help governments, enterprises, and educational institutions discover, develop, and deploy national talent across the full career lifecycle. The platform was unveiled at PeopleStrong's AI Roadshow in Dubai and is directly aligned with workforce nationalisation programmes across the region, including Emiratisation in the UAE, Saudisation in Saudi Arabia, and Omanisation in Oman.

The launch addresses a gap identified through PeopleStrong's own research across more than 300 organisations: more than 70% of business leaders now treat talent management and skills-based programmes as a strategic priority, yet most organisations still sit on large volumes of workforce data they are unable to translate into actionable decisions about planning, mobility, and development.
